Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once we have begun work on your project.
If the carrier returns an order because it was refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
If you received incorrect merchandise or quantities, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please call 484-529-2120 and we will take the necessary steps to correct the problem.
We make every effort to provide accurate color images. However, color may vary due to your computer's color calibration or glass availability.
Payment Options
The prices are in US dollars.
We accept credit cards via PayPal. For your convenience we also have PayPal Payments by Email. If you do not wish to use PayPal, you can pay by cashier's check, money order, or personal check. Please fill out the form on the ordering page and click "submit". You may also email or call us with any order. When we receive your cashier's check or money order, we will process your order immediately. Please note that if you pay with a personal check, we will need to wait to process your order until the check has cleared.
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information that you have submitted to The Lion's Lair Stained Glass website is used only to process your order and to provide us with information that helps us to serve you better. We do not share customer telephone number or email addresses with any other people.
Shipping Information
All in-stock items will be shipped within two business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for ordered itmes, especially larger panels. Most orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
